although the above conditions are what we have awoken too, it is relatively warm!!!!!
Son had friend over for sleep over and they were in bed quiet by 11.45pm so no DRAMAS there.
I was very good at dinner I had EXTRA green vegetables, 2 med pieces of kumara 1 piece of pumpkin SO I wouldnt eat potatoes and some PORK!!!!!!! Pudding was rhubarb crumble everyone else had cream and icecream BUT NOT ME!!!! kinda tasteless but it was very nice all the same!
HAD a great sleep and know that my eating is fine because A: IM NOT TIRED and craving things when your body is tired it CRAVES for sure!
Todays agenda IRONING a weeks worth (which for me ISNT MUCH actually only about 30 items some of that is pillowcases and some is trousers rest is shirts and singlets tops (mine) ).
I AM SO ITCHING to walk but AM NOT until tomorrow morning and then it will only be a 10km walk and I will se how I fair I will be severly pissed if I have to have more downtime but there ya have it, IN saying that it has felt good and NO TWINGES aches or otherwise no tightness, so IT MUST be nearly there I may even not go until Tuesday morning maybe whats one more day eh? BUT when I went into town yesterday EVERY man and there dog was out walking EARLY darn it ........

Up an AT EM.........
awake at 6.30am A STUNNER HERE and BRIGHT holy the sun was streaming in!!!!
We have done an hour gardening already I have been to town already!!!! and got cheap BBQ meats to replace the stuff we had last night YUMMO having Roast Pork for dinner tonight and all the trimmings!!!! I will monitor WHAT I EAT though I have bought BABY KUMARA yummmmmmm to have whole instead of potatoes (I will have one half a potatoe though), and parsnip pumpkin and fresh beans and asparagus, AND I WILL limit my intake.
WE are now doing 30 mins more gardening THEN I AM SUNBATHING and then I will ice my left calve and THATS IT A REALLY SLOBBY DAY ahead.(I am putting ice on my leg about 3 times a day and then rubbing Arnica into it I take the pain relief in the morning I can take some at night too BUT havent).
My leg is fine BUT I AM not going walking until Monday morning AND I TELL YA it is sooooo friggin hard because the last 2 mornings HAVE BEEN PREFECT walking mornings cool clear and crisp BUGGER IT!!!! ohh well preventative now is paramount to recovery, I have been doing my ab stuff though and IT IS ALL GOOD.
It has been 13 days since NO DAIRY and I tell ya it feels fantastic!!!!!!!! I can't believe how well I am sleeping and breathing it is sooooo cool! I am wrapt with my turnaround of misfortune and SURPRISED at how quickly MY BODY has adjusted and healed AND I CAN honestly tell you any cravings that I have had to indulge have diminished markedly (I mean the always hungry symptoms! and working through those) and although I eat loads of fruit I was never full NOW I feel fine with what I eat, and I dont feel hungry I am going to start son off on the no dairy PROPERLY from Monday!!!!
What yall are doing this long weekend HAVE a nice time.

I might not be walking....
BUT WOKE up at 5.45am!!!!!!!!!! ye gads .
Had a lovely dinner had chilli roasted lamb, orzo rice with sundried tomatoes and olives, fresh garden salad with just cucumber and truss tomatoes homemade potatoe salad, WAS DIVINE I didn't have to do a thing. BUT I DID however rinse and stack the dishes and clear the TABLE!
Drive over was hairy scary ELECTRICAL STORMS all around the Taupo area and we were driving right into it then get onto the other side of RAINBOW MOUNTAIN and blue skies coming home same thing HUGE THUNDER LIGHTNING all around us .......
AM up early to do grocery shopping (more) and to try and beat crowds into town! Then I have coffee with a friend and son is away all day at his friends I got too sunbathe yesterday and I am going to sunbathe again today!!!!
LEG IS FINE I iced it after uniforms (which went really well ), iced it IN ROTORUA whilst waiting for dinner and I have been rubbing "Arnica Symphytum" into it which is specifically formulated for LIGAMENT and muscle damage!!! I used it WHEN I WRECKED my right foot and ankle with major ligament damage! IN fact can't feel anything this morning.
Tummy and toilet ISSUES FINE more than fine IT IS GREAT, I am SLEEPING THROUGH the night NOT WAKING at all SO I AM THRILLED! My nose is clear and I am able to breathe fine for the first time in LIKE ohhhhhhh 20 years PLUS!!!!!!! I am still only once a day toileting (TMI) I know but I am amazed, THAT my naturopath and or doctor have never HINTED at IBS and only after GOOGLING it and then getting information on it and digesting it (for the want of a better term!), IT SEEMS to be working, I am now in the process of weaning my son OF DAIRY it is HARD THOUGH!!!!! for him there are alot of foods he cant eat,although he doesnt DRINK MILK he does have cheese yoghurt and puddings when he can (I dont cook that many puddings!)WILL LOOK at Easi Yo yoghurts and see if they do a soy one! he DOESNT have toilet issues BUT DEFINATELY like me has nose and breathing issues and of course the ASTHMA! And given I am doing so well I may not try SO GOOD, a sI dont want to undo the good I am doing! (I may leave it another week or two so thats ONE MONTH my body and insides have been rested from toxicity and inflammation).
Alright folks I am showered and dressed and SUPERMARKET here I come!!!!!! Then home before traffic and crowds start!

OK NO WALKING..........
DR MASON (thats me) knew what it was BUT ok had to have it clarified from QUACK!!! I have torn the fibres from muscle to ligament NOT SERIOUS but must elevate ICE and rest and NO walking until MONDAY poopy bugger it BUT as he said the MORE PATIENT I am and take the recovery properly the less damage I can do!!!! so as the 2 days and 3 day rest times came about it was ok but walking consecutive days doesn't help!! NOT bad $16.50 and got some diclofenac ALWAYS comes in handy for some things!!!! AND as he pointed out it pays to GET ANY TWINGE looked at for SHEER peace of mind AND ALSO TO KNOW you ARENT DOING MORE DAMAGE!!!!!!!!!!!
SO well I had my alarm on at 5am this morning and walked !!!! HA stoopid I know did 8km and OF course by the time I got to doctors IT WAS Severly tender!!! and why do DOCTORS cold fingers on ya skin and THEN THEY SAY does that HURT AS THEY PRESS IN!!!!!! made me jump off the bed literally.
Now am into town to grocery shop and then bank and then home then UNIFORM!!and then we are going to Rotorua in the afternoon to have dinner with my best friends SON!!! yay I am going to ice calve WHEN I get home from groceries and then AFTER UNIFORM and then over in ROTORUA when I are having dinner and been waited on YAY.....
SO see I am resting pfffffttttttt I know its a Clayton rest BUT SHYTE doctors come on WHO is going to do all the other stuff JOHNNY NOBODY!!!!!
Right out the door and yay I have 4 and a half days OFF!!!
If I cant walk I will GARDEN INSTEAD and IF ITS RAINING I will still garden!!!!!!!!!!!

SORE CALVES.....
I hope that is how you spell it OH well, calves tight again I think i may have torn something as it feels like I have been deadlegged in my calve I STRETCH and warm up before I go and about 2km into walk it tightens and stiffens I stretch it out then carry on walking and IT NORMALLY comes right BUT NEXT DAY (TODAY) it feels stiff AM rubbing antiflamme into it and heat and ice WHN I CAN (obviously I cant at work!) and only when I am sitting down relaxing (AND THAT was 9pm last night after getting home folding washing ironing and TIDYING UP!!)
I went for an 8km walk early it wasn't as bad but uncomfortable and a distraction allt he way round the walk! AS I did a 10hr day yesterday and am doing another 10 hr day today!!!! Blardy knew I would get thrashed at work before family go away I was TIRED last night and I AM TIRED ALREADY before I start today!!!! and I HATE THAT because on my 4 and a half days off I WILL BE ROOTED from being so tired and working so hard!!! (I am normally on my feet ALL DAY at work and dont get a SIT DOWN TIME) grrrrrrrrrr will take me a DAY TO RECOVER (I have uniform DAY tomorrow on my first day off and timetable and STATIONARY CHECK at college and class confirmation !! they say allow 1.5hr - 2hr) from 12 noon until 6pm!!! I am going there at 11.15am and lining up EARLY WITH MY FOLD OUT CHAIR!!! I dont care they say the later you go and leave it in the day THE LONGER THE WAIT and the BIGGER THE QUEUES nooooooooooooiiiiiice!
Tomorrow I will do another 8km WALK and then I have a 14km walk on either Sat or Sun will probably leave it until SUN too give my calf sometime to recover IF IT IS TIGHT still by next week I may go have it looked at!! I BLARDY hope it is a muscle TEAR or ligament TEAR CAUSE that will PISS ME OFF!!!! (they will say NO WALKING for X amount of time STAY OFF YOUR LEG etc ), maybe I might go to Doctor on THURSDAY morning and then if I have to rest it FOR 5 days it can be whilst FAMILY are away!!!
OK appointment MADE 8am tomorrow WELL at least thats something RIGHTO I am up and off to work, spag n meatballs in crockpot! done and at least thats something.WSHING out adn my lovely neighbour is WATCHING it, for me it is FINE HERE and if it stays that way I COULD get one load dry and BE TOTALLY up to date!!!!! YAY cause I bet I wont be able to WALK after doctors appointment!!! lol It could work to my advantage eh!!!!

MAJOR thunderstorms..........
and loads of rain NOW I KNOW I said we needed rain but holis bolis NOT THIS MUCH rain!!!!
Oh well never mind is kinda nice IF YA LIKE WALKING IN IT!!! (NOT)...
NOW FOR THE KUMARA debate there is some issues I need to clarify PURPLE KUAMRA BLURRRKKKKKK, Golden KUMARA oh my god!!! IT IS DIVINE it is like pumpkin but sweet and SO YUMMY I NEVER ATE KUMARA hated it infact but the new GOLDEN KUMARA is heaven, (and being a Maori you would think I would love KUMARA!!!!).
Did an 8km this morning and skies very murky and DARKENING we may be in for a ripsnorter of a thunderstorm this arvo NOOIIIIIIIIICCCCEEEE!
I have scrumdidlyoucious CURRIED SAUSAGES going in the crockpot so thats cool. Going to have FRESH corn on the cob with it AND broccoli with almonds, and I will have kumara boys will have mashed creamy potatoes!
On the bathroom front it has been over a week and I have only been ONCE EVERYDAY that is a miracle AND AND I am not so bloated AND AND I can tell you MY CRAVINGS for anything have diminsihed!!!! AND AND it is soooooooooo much more comfortable on my walks I am not so panicky. I am breathing normally have WAY BETTER SLEEPS so I SAY it is a success SO FAR!!!
I am off into the supermarket and to the bank and then too work OH YAY BUT on a brighter note I DO INFACT have THURS/FRI/SAT/SUN and most of MON OFF OH YAY!!!!
We are in the process of organising A BBQ fundraiser for this weekend WELL I AM ORGANISING IT!!!! wish me luck!
Have a DRY day in paradise wherever that is I want to go there I GOT A MEASLY 25 mins sunbathe ON ONE SIDE of me body yesterday AND weather says SWEET FANNY ANNY more sun until who knows when!

Sunny skies BUT........
for how long? And will I get a sunbathe in? I hope so.
Washed like a demon yesterday got sheets done when we got back from karate and GOT 4 loads of washing dry, AND folded put away and ironed YAY.
MY SON made me breakfast in bed this morning poached egg on toast with hummus and tomatoe and black pepper, was lovely ohh and a glass of juice.
Heading off to work DONT WANT TOO!
DIDNT sunbathe yesterday too finicky (the weather), but did do washing(as above), right better get going.

Home again home again....
jiggity jig like BIG FAT PIGS!
Well training over AGM over and next squad training could be Whanganui or New Plymouth!, I LOVVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEE New Plymouth! love it AND I COULD do some killer walks down there yay!
AND have spoken to our DOJO trainer about BBQ fundraising to keep costs down AS IT GETS too darn expensive travel accommodation and food costs the training is Feb 28th OR March 6th so less than one month after school starts and thats harsh! but oh well thats how it has to be eh!
Is warm on and off am contemplating laying in the sun BUT not sure!!!! is overcastish and clouding over and well I guess im talking myself out of it NOW! the sun comes and goes in patches no signifigant length of time the sun is out for so mmmmmmmmmmmmmm oh well means I can internet browse (shopping / info gathering).
I may get next Thurs arvo, Friday/Saturday/Sunday and most of Monday off so thats nice, then I bet I will have to work like hell to play catch up!
Another week nearly over and school will be starting soon.

A late post I know....
Got up super mondo early went for a 10km walk and then OFF TO TURANGI for karate spent 3 hrs at first training session then break for lunch then 2hr afternoon training, ONLY brown and black belts VERY INTENSE and very physical, one mucho tired boy THEN he has to turn around and do it all again tomorrow. Got rained on a few times whilst walking THEN NO RAIN after that, got WASHING DRY!WTF...... I KNOW tinny eh.
Had a scrummy tea shephards pie with no cheese on potatoe for me, and train smash pudding with no cream or ice cream!!!

Oh and how it RAINED... STAN WALKER (YAY)
WELL it has BUCKETED down and blardy great too, HOWEVER ground was so DAM hard the run off was incredible HAD MINOR flooding issues in back yard which slopes onto a cobblestone area NEAR our ranch slider (lounge), did however get 2 loads washing 3/4 dry finished them off in drier! (hung out on clothes horses under cover) and the light things on the over the DOOR HANGER. . THE HUMIDITY 100% im sure the sticky FACTOR 500% .

Feb 5th Friday night 6pm at the ampitheatre tickets are only $22.50 YAY YAY YAY got our tickets yesterday!
Did all our jobs yesterday dinner at 6.30pm GUESTS cancelled at 6pm (was I pissy OH JUST A BIT), they had a valid reason but I had all this extra food I froze the muffins the boys made a resonable dent in the meatballs and WELL 2 of the 3 garlic breads was eaten, I ATE less than normal and HAD NO DAIRY all day and ONLY WENT TO THE TOILET ONCE!!! I did have a trim latte with soy milk WAS OK (just), I have looked at vitasoy site and sanitarium at dairy alternatives and the soy trim from vitasoy looks like the one so far so at end of NEXT WEEK I am going to give it a try! SLEPT great nose clear and breathing therough both nostrils still.(perhaps the rain washed all the dust and pollen away!) Plans today work soon (9am) then home to rest I am pooped FUNNY THAT, at least I dont have to do housework! its done, I may squeeze in another walk this afternoon I will see how my legs hold out!

GLORIOUS RAIN..........
YAY we got rain probably only 2 hours worth BUT it was steady heavyish rain AND BLARDY LOVELY!!!!!!! Early this morning WHEN I WAS WALKING waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, got up at 6am out the door at 6.30am and walked in it did 8km and came home to a warm shower and thats it ....... and seriously didnt mind the RAIN on me for 1hr 40 mins!!! AT ALL
Have me famous meatballs and spag in crockpot for dinner we are having guests for dinner so have browned off extra large packet of mince with garlic onion mushrooms and basil black pepper of course and tomatoe paste stirred it added the large meatballs and voila INSTANT DINNER at 6pm, also having FRESH SWEETCORN yummmmmooooo. I am adding sour cream to the meat balls BUT AFTER I take out my share!! AND super scrummy garlic bread!
For pudding I am making my equally famous orange (fruit whole blended up) walnut and sultana muffins with orange juice and oil instead of milk and butter INGENIOUS then I can have pudding to!!!!!! that recipe is for caeliacs and lactose sufferers, you can substitute orange with any other fruits strawberries, berries etc no matter and they are yummy I made them once with tinned strawberries THEY WAS GOOOOOOOOOOD.
Well housework now so I have a nice clean house when guests arrive and OBVIOUSLY I have to do it before I head off to work!!! RIGHT on to it.
AND only went to the toilet ONCE yesterday AND I MUST SAY no dairy for 4 days HAS made a huge difference when I walked yesterday I DIDNT FEEL panicky and have a churning tummy etc HAD A COMFORTABLE walk and was surprised at how quickly things have changed !!! (AND still able to breathe normally AND Samuel has said I haven't snored for the last 4 nights!!!!!), thrilled.

Overcast BUT....
no flippin rain, WE GOT 10 seconds of RAIN I KID YOU NOT!!!!! WTF 10 seconds I can pee longer than 15 seconds!
Another good day yesterday NO DAIRY until dinner time I FORGOT EASY really, we had chicken burritos I use iceberg lettuce to wrap mine in the others get proper wraps AND I added carrot tomatoe avocado cucumber chicken and fancy lettuce leaves a sprinkling of and pepper than slopped sourcream on them both!!! I got to the second one and WENT OH POPPY half way through and ALL LAST NIGHT I HAD WIND and tummy ache!!! and yet HAD BEEN fine during the day so there ya go, I ALSO only went to the toilet ONCE yesterday in the morning THIS IS SIGNIFIGANT for me.
Another SYMPTOM I have noticed EASED OFF is my SINUS for the last 3 nights I have been breathing easier in BED at night no problems I normally SNORE on and off, WAKE up with dry nose and dry mouth or blocked nose, but nothing for the last 3 mornings so THATS HELPING and it means I am sleeping better ALTHOUGH last night I got up to the toilet 3 times to wee!!! (I had about I think 2.5 litres of water through the day) I had more than I normally do as it was so hot and muggy BUT EVEN THOUGH I awoke to go to the toilet I went back to sleep immediately and I AM NOT TIRED THIS MORNING (3rd time up was 6am though my ususal wake up time).
SO up I got and went for an 8km walk I have to do 3 days in a row (tues/wed/thurs) as I am away this weekend in Turangi (southern end of Lake Tuapo) with sons Karate!!
I will endeavour to do a 10km walk on either SAT/SUN down in Turangi BUT AM NOT KEEN as I dont know the distances or routes to walk AND THERE certainly isnt easy access to public toilets there INFACT there are only one set of public TOILETS right in centre of town opposite BP there is of course toilets at the hall and toilets at the PETROL stations and where they are training I suppose I could walk around the local school fields which is nearby and just keep going for 1hr 40 mins around the fields (BORING)!!! also alot of dogs down that way, when he is at karate training is for 5 hours both days but we have to leave at 7.45am to head down there and wont get home until 3.30pm - 4pm also Sunday is the AGM and we are staying for that and FOR a LATE LUNCH after that.
I suppose I could walk at night when I get back and when it has cooled down but not keen on that either 1hr 4o mins in the dark!
I got stationary for college yesterday only $22 so that was good BUT Warehouse had all the books bar one I had to go to Warehouse Stationary for it THEN I GET HOME and find I have forgotten a book off the list!!!!
Well have grocery shopping to do and ONE exercise book to get THAT I inadvertently forgot yesterday. Then work so I had better GET TO IT!!

WHAT AM I ?
I AM A DORK!!!!!
for the last 3 weeks including this week I have been walking 12km and 14km distances and ACCORDING TO THE CHART I should be walking 8km and 10km then 3 x 8km and 1 x 12km then its ONLY 10km walks during week and 12km 14km 16km 18km and 20km respectively LESSON: LOOK AT CHART!!!!!!!!!!! GAWD IM A DORK!!!!!!!
BUT on a much better note I walked 8km this morning WAS EASY PEASY when ya think ya was doing a 12km and only have to do 8km!!!!!! ha
AND on an even better note go to http://www.theproteinbakery.co.nz/ for THE MOST YUMMY high protein cookies!!! GINGER SPICE DIVINE GRAB n GO muesli type cookie amazing!!!! AND CHOCOLATE BROWNIE AND there is a raspberry and white chocolate one!!!!!! AND Chocolate chip AND double CHOC CHIP and MOCCACHINO!!!! of course I cant have any of the CHOCOLATE ONES !!! but moccachino sounds nice and the ginger spice one IS DIVINE I LOVE IT! NOT CHEAP though supermarket has them at between $3 - $5 PER COOKIE!

Lovely dinner last night BUT the fish n chip place had NO BURGERS SOLD OUT!!!!! I had fish and crabstick about 12 chips and a SAUCE SANDWICH (I know), I drank all my water yesterday ate fruit etc and did perfect on the NO DAIRY....
AND would you believe I ONLY WENT TOTHE TOILET ONCE YESTERDAY!!!!!! (in the morning).
Will do a 12km walk when I find my MOJO tried to rain yesterday/lastnight BUT TO NO AVAIL upshot hot humid muggy stinky heavy air that leaves YOU DRAINED!!!!! an ok sleep of sorts!
Sorted out Uniform list for college and had 90% of stationary items already only have to buy 10 exercise books and 3 A4 clearfiles SO NO DRAMAS there uniform is $480 (summer and winter incl socks and hat(summer)) then $120 school donation AND THEN CORE SUBJECT COSTS on top of that Specialised books etc diaries, Maths calculator Casio FX 82 homework diary TECH subject cost $45 alone Total for that $125 (includes lockyer hire for year) $725 later!!!!! Oh and am buying roman sandals as that is the school sandal and the ones I got off TM that were Brand New HE NEVER WORE he had outgrown them from the first sandals!!!!! Duh have some for $20 though so $745 (For one child!!!!!!!!!!) I thank the lord I only have ONE AT COLLEGE!
The school went to NEW SHIRTS last year and are having their uniform day next week on Thurs/Fri so I may be able to source secondhand shorts BUT I DOUBT it and maybe a PE uniform secondhand BUT I doubt that too!!!
When measuring him for pants the sizes go 72cm,76cm,80cm 76 cm is alright BUT 80cm is WAY TOO BIG (and a belt would look super dorky!) 76cm has room to manouveure in they hang on his hips BUT he can pull them up to sit AROUND his NON EXISTANT WAIST!!!!!!!! he would then need a belt to keep them up there SO may have to work on that!
He also starts Asthma Swimming Programme every Tuesday when school starts 3.30pm so that should be interesting!!!
Was tired after a nearly 10hr day!! not sure what time im starting today BUT IF I DONT WALK SOON I WONT and will run out of blardy time!!!!!!!!!! AT least I didnt have to cook yesterday though! (fish n chips for 5 is BLARDY expensive though cost $38!!)

Glorious rain....
I DONT EVEN CARE that it WOKE ME UP!!!! We had heavy rain and we need it INFACT we need a week of heavy rain at least, still hot but at least it rained.
Had a good day food wise yesterday had nothing dairy no chocolate so I will see how today goes I have had cereal with fruit juice (no milk used to have trim milk though), poached egg and sliced tomatoe on multigrain toast (1 piece ) with hummus on it instead of margy! And I normally have that every morning anyhow but with milk and margy and for morning tea I normally have yoghurt and piece of fruit.
Am having ham salad sandwich for lunch and have got fruit to take too work nectarine, peach, and banana and kiwifruit alot of fruit I know BUT its better than junk or nothing.
In fact I am good at eating fruit and I drink at least 2 - 2.5 litres(max) a day of water WELL 2 litre minimum and no more than 2.5 litres a day.
It is my friend Sues birthday today she has ordered fish n chips for dinner, BUT I AM having Chicken breast burger with salad so at least thats something! eh for pudding they are having chocolate cream puffs I am having whip it fruju !
Am off to work soon and will work at least a 9hr day if not 10 hrs! So no sunbathing no lounging and no relaxing !

Who am I kidding?
I don't have a disease IT IS CALLED BIG FAT PIGGINESS LOL no but seriously I do have IBS, and knowing I have I sabotage it by overeating at dinners (maybe once to twice a week ), I do know my triggers, have done for a few years MILK, ICE CREAM, CREAM,CHOCOLATE, and FATTY FOODS!
However a few notes to add, our guests were nearly an hour late, we eat at 6pm normally and didn't get too eat until 7.50pm, WAS SUPER HUNGRY and overate! I should have drunk water before and during dinner I didn't I should have put my knife and fork out to the side between mouthfuls but didn't I ATE, I don't even think I breathed between mouthfuls I WAS SO DAM hungry! I must say though on the IBS site it does say you can stabilise THINK you are fine THEN WHAM 1 day or 2 days not fine due to foods inflamming bowel and colon etc then it settles down and bingo again I have all the symtoms a slight pain or intense cramping or not THEN NO WARNING then a twinge and NO WARNING IT COMES or a TWINGE and no control,it also talks about MUSCLES contracting TOO FAST in the abdomen and bowel and colon moving the FOOD THROUGH too fast, it varies so it is Caffeine, DAIRY, sugary drinks (which I dont have (carbonated), and TOO much fiber sometimes ORANGES hate me! , I know some people who only go the toilet once a day same time everyday (mine is 1-4 times a day depending).Mind you I go in the morning BUT then I can go another 2 - 3 times up till lunchtime.I hope no one is reading this BEFORE BREKKIE sorry.
So I will look at so good, or soy replacement, and knock off dairy for 2 -3 weeks and see how I go.That means no cheese, no cheese sauce, no dairy, eeek no yoghurt! waaaaaaaaaaa NO CHOCOLATE, And no high fatty foods, (which actually I dont have a lot of ie takeaways fish n chips Kfc etc)we maybe have that twice a month or once a month.

A MARATHON in my SLEEP!!!!
Farkin hell it was hot last night JESUS can we please have a MODERATE TEMP, freezing cold for a few days stinkin hot and muggy the next I tossed n turned a bit not sweaty hot JUST UNCOMFORTABLE hot, I awoke 5.30am.......
I FELT like I had run a marathon in my sleep!!!
SO I got up my feet hit the floor and yip TOILET STRAIGHTAWAY, ok I get back into bed and 10 mins later toilet again!!! SO I THINK ok THEY the toilet stops WARRANTED ME THINKING THATS IT!!!! HOW WRONG WAS I and why not I had all my walking gear beside the bed and I got dressed and out the door 5.45am THEN ONE STINKING FARKIN kilometre down the road I have to go to the toilet again!!! (I only just made it back but had a small change and OUT I WENT AGAIN!!!!!)
So now 6am!!!! and I DID 14km in 2hrs 12mins the first 10km NICE it was friggin dark when i got up at 5.30am, and cool BUT at the 10km mark it started to heat up a bit (OF COURSE I WAS HEATING UP TOO!), at 12km mark sun broke through and the last 2km was HOT!!!! BUT I got home 8.12am REALLY PLEASED with the time and the effort to NOT LET MY BOWELS rule me!!! OH AND BTW my foot was fine today NOT sore yay!!!
Showered and I ate the last boiled egg and some schnitzel and mini sausages FOR PROTEIN you see!!! and into town did a shop for tonights tea we are having homemade fish and seafood pie!!! with garlic and pea mash!!!
I am currently in my lava lava relaxing, but I have to say I have chaffing on my inner thigh from knickers, and under my boobs from bum belt strap that the bag sits on the small of the back and the strap comes under your boobs or CAN go lower SO THATS THE PLAN it will now have to go lower!!! NOT bad but enough to SMART in the shower!!!
I found some lovely shoes Adidas Rapid Response $199 down to $99 at Rebel they are ordering more in for me AS I buy 2 pairs at a time when I like a shoe!!!! YEARS ago I was a footwear buyer for 2 MAJOR shoe companies, and worked footwear for 10 years, I KNOW MY SHIT!!! And these shoes when I first put them on (they were the first pair I tried) WERE BEAUTIFUL comfortable light snug GREAT, I tried 6 different pairs and WHEN I put them back on last!!!! I knew already they were it FROM EVEN THE first try on!!!!!
BUT MY PET PEEVE, is shop assistants whom say OH when the shoe settles in and moulds IT WILL SOFTEN and feel SOOOOO MUCH BETTER BULLSHYTE!!!!!!!! ( this happened at 2 other MAJOR sport shoe places!!!) I asked the girls at Rebel to please leave me IM OK. My Great Grandfather and Grandfather were both bootmakers and shoemakers, THEY TOLD my Grandmother and Mother IF WHEN you first put a shoe on and you feel you could walk a marathon in it, ITS THE ONE!!!! I have told many a customer that story and STEERED them into the direction and shoes THEY SHOULD HAVE not the ones THEY THINK LOOK NICE and 99% of the time I was right MOST OF MY MAJOR customers would buy the STYLE of fashion shoe IN EVERY COLOUR I could offer.... One of my customers was the TODD MOTOR COMPANY FOUNDERS mother she would Drive from Rotorua to Auckland when I moved!!!! She was lovely, and another customer of mine WOULD fly from the South Island and spend $3000 - $4000 on shoes for here entire family she would have everyones shoe size and foot size and A PICTURE so I could visualise the shape of foot NOT ONCE DID I GET it wrong she was my best customer she would visit twice a year!!! I also scored champagne off her everytime (she was Daniel Le Brun founder) ......
And even now when i find a fashion shoe I always say to the sales girls HOW many colours can I get this in!!!! THEY always look confused!!!!! Ha
OK enough of the LONGWINDED post!!!!
Oh and I am going to lookie around on DR GOOGLE and see if I may have Celiacs(sp) disease? and or Crohns Disease just curious (OR JUST PLAIN OLD BORING Irritable Bowel Syndrome), I know I had one small piece of cake I also had 3 - 4 soy chicken nibbles one rissole and 3 mini sausages for dinner and HUGE SALAD but the amount of material evacuated IS NOT PLEASANT!!!! (sorry TMI i know!) OK UPDATE NOPE AND NOPE on Crohns and Celiacs.
YIP I am a boring IBS person I know my triggers they are CREAM and CHOCOLATE (2 of which I had last night!) and some dairy not all dairy but too much ice cream does it too and too much FAT (fish n chips etc WHICH WE HAVE LITTLE OF now as too darn expensive) takeaways etc etc........
I am resting HAVE a great weekend.

Busy Busy Busy
Have had a huge day, up at 7am showered brekkie done then into town paid some bills, got some groceries went to work 9.30am until 2.30pm then GOT some salad stuff GOT HOME and into it HAD 12 people for dinner BBQ, we had sausages, schnitzel, homemade wedges, soy chicken wings, patties, 2 salads garlic bread and CHOCOLATE CAKE with jam peaches and cream I had a small piece of cake BUT ate too much dinner!!!!! WAS flippin nice though GUESTS were 40 mins late so that didnt help!!!!!!!!!!
Got a small sunbathe in IF ya can call shivering and overcast conditions sunbathing BUT whilst cake was cooking I just whipped out for 15 mins a side!!! (and to regather lists and thoughts before next jobs onslaught began!)
DID bathroom toilet kitchen this morning before I left home so it only left vacuuming dusting ironing, mopped floors did windowsills and edges, then cut up all the salad stuff before guests finally arrived ALL THE FOOD was cooked and ready to go AT 7pm !!!! Washed all sheets and changed beds too SAMUEL HELPED in fact he did 75% of the stuff as after I had already done ALL OF THE ABOVE at my other job I WAS FAIR KNACKERED! I had hung out washing super early and got it dry then did more washing and got that DRY and ALL IRONED TOO!!!! I did washing ironing and salad stuff he did the rest!!!
VERY NICE and now very TIRED am off to bed and up early for a KILLER WALK 12km - 14km I will see how I feel and what time I wake up!!! but definately 12km!
Hope everyone had a good day!!!
I am out for dinner tomorrow night and the next night (just at my neighbours a big shared dinner both nights ) AND I HAVE NO JOBS TO DO FOR TWO WHOLE DAYS!!!! OMG YAY!

Amazing what.......
A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP WILL DO!!!!! I went to bed at 10.30pm and awoke 6.45am lay in reading then got up 7.30am, IT HELPED no one was up late IT HELPED that it was very cold here in the night, IT HELPED that I had a good long walk and was able to SLEEP SOUNDLY!
Yesterdays walk went along fine until last 2km I DONT DO muggy or hot and the last part was heinous!!! Also my right foot A BIT TWINGY rung ACC provider where I was going for my foot and I have run out of COVER, new price $69 PER VISIT!!! HOLY SMOKE I SAID if an old injury flares up and prevents me from doing normal activites LIKE I USED TOO before I injured my foot surely then it should be covered one WOULD THINK!!!
BUT thankfully overnight resting and a good sleep has helped immensely, SO have dug out my bandage that GRIPS the foot and ankle area just in case, I DID SOAK my foot in cold icy water after walk to reduce heat and swelling etc AND THAT HELPED TOO!!!
Today I am going in to LOOK for new walking sneakers I WANT ASICS GEL NIMBUS ones as I have these already(they have superior cushioning and believe me IT IS LIKE walking on clouds )AND I BLARDY BET no one will have the ones I want I can feel a BIG CITY TRIP coming along sooner than I WANT!!!
I forgot to say I started my ab work and through this week EVERY TIME I sneeze cough fart it hurts said ABS!!!! I havent dug out the Total Gym yet but at least it is in the lounge AND I WILL try and incorporate it in SOMEHOW next week!!! FARK at this rate I will have to get up at 5am!!!! (inserts Tui Ad Here).
Beautiful day here although friggin freezing!News last night said 6 degrees it is actually 4 degrees!!! I have washing on and I am off to shower and get into town early!!! to SPORT SHOE SHOP!!!

Best intentions....
YIP I am NOT WALKING my language student was up LATE 2 nights ago very late I growled at him at midnight and at 2am!!! SO last night he is in bed 7.30pm CAUSE HE IS TIRED!!!! I said PLEASE DO NOT WAKE ME UP in the night (I get super mondo CRABBY), so at 2.30am his light is on CAUSE HE CANT SLEEP SURPRISE, then he has bathroom and toilet light on at 4.30am!!!!! FARK I AM CRABBY AS HELL and switched off alarm and am NOW trying to get the MOJO to get out walking!! DAM IT....
I HATE BEING woken when I am asleep BECAUSE I HAVE such problems with my sleep I feel drained headachy and bitchy as hell I told him I AM NOT HAPPY he has to sort out his SLEEPING and NOT BE STUDYING until 2am!!!! and he should have done his study through the weekend on friday night saturday and sunday (god they are idiots at times!) blardy ridiculous. This isn't the first time he has rudely awoken us through the night is about the 4th time so is wearing a TAD thin.
RANT over I am now going to have breakfast becasue I am sooooo tired I can feel a crap day of food coming so need to CARB LOAD to combat tiredness AM GOING To walk at 9am probably THEN IT WILL BE stinking friggin hot and I will be MORE CRABBY, WELL at least I CAN STOMP around my walk!
I HOPE everyone is having a BETTER start than me!
UPDATED I went for me walk at 9.40am!!!! needed rescuing at 10.20am AND BACK OUT walking at 10.30am finished 11.40am 12km 1hr 50 mins LAST 2km a bit tight in calves BUT alright coolish for 8km, 8km-10km mark warmish, 10km-12km mark BLOODY WARM me arrived to pick up point HUFFING and redfaced and SWEATY AS!!!!!!!! blurk have come home had tuna salad sammies fruit and SHOWER AND THAT IS ALL I have done today!!!! now off to work.

A stunning day BUT BLACKNESS threatens!
Awoke to a BEAUTIFULDAY but boy there are some MEAN AS black clouds on the fringe and WHEN IT RAINS it will be a doozy!!! WAS BLIMMIN FREEZING THIS MORNING!!!
Up early into town to get my sons warts burnt off (a follow up appointment), so they have a good chance of being healed before COLLEGE starts!
A mediocre shop of groceries and home again OUT sunbathing nicely and TXT comes thru WORK earlier than normal AND OFF I HEAD!!! in my togs and lava lava and ALL as I text them you need me urgently YOU get me how I ARRIVE!!!! (noice) I was sunbathing at the time!
Started 11am instead of 2pm and worked until 5.30pm!
Dont have to start until 2pm TOMORROW believe it when I see it!!!!
So I WILL GET up super early tomorrow AT 5.30am and get my 12km walk out of the way SO IF I GET called in early I am ready!!!!! if up at 5.30am should at least be out the door by6.30am (have to wait for the toilet you see!) or I may just WEAR my laden up BUMBAG with spare clothes and pants and plastic bags and BRAVE IT PROBLEM BEING when it turns to custard IT TURNS TO CUSTARD! and on that basis BE DONE AND DUSTED by 8.30am! or 9am at the latest.
Have seen some gorgeous xmas gifts and birthday pressies FOR people already and AM determined to be miss organised AGAIN this year! will pick them up on saturday sunday or next monday.
Well better get to bed IF I AM going to be up EARLY!

BIG RAIN yay..................
We had huge rain in the night and for the first time in ages I have woken BEING able to breathe through both nostrils!!! hence a good sleep IF you count the rain (HEAVY) waking me because of the sound on the roof!!!!
Was nice to lie in got up ( 7.45am) I dont start work until 10am but will work until 5.30pm, I am timing my walks so I just do a 10km on a tues then a 10km thurs then the 12/14/16/18/20km on a weekend day so I have emergency pick up if required!!!! or might do 10km wed 10km fri and big walk sundays NOT sure yet but know this that getting down to the nitty gritty end of walking is TIRING! I lounged around yesterday after sunbathing and had a nana snooze on the armchair a lazyboy type recliner with my legs up on pillows as they were extra tired (I was in my lava lava (sarong)) must of been a beautiful sight! NOT!
Had a lovely dinner did dishes immediately I am one of those rinse stack dishes as I go and then wash them straight after dinner (samuel puts them away), and then everyone can relax.

Thrilled I am............
This morning alarm goes off 6am I get up 6.40am NOT BAD, wait until 7.35am before I can walk (grrrrrrrrrrr) AND I DID .......
***11KM*** in just under 1hr 50 min really thrilled with that and IT was cool 85% of the walk and shady 65% of the walk so that was A BONUS!!!
Came home had quick shower then had nice poached egg for brekkie and cereal after the walk and a lite yoghurt! back into town to browse shop NOTHING doing BUT I DID pick up some MORE XMAS decorations $1 each I couldn't resist (only got 4 though),got some groceries then came home and HAD the most delicious turkish ciabatta roll opened out with tuna cottage cheese lettuce and tomatoe and BLACK PEPPER loads...... (homemade toppings)
Now going to sunbathe and DO ABSOLUTELY jack nothing after I have done the ironing only 10 items and 5 of those are pillowslips!!! so NOT like its strenuous!!
Another beautiful day here BUT ruddy cold first thing thats for real.

Typical I was having a nice sleep BUT my asthmatic SON whom coughs periodically woke me AN then I had to get up to WEE!!! What is that about when you wake you have to wee (old lady syndrome coming!!! blurk).
Went for a quick 3km walk this morning7am - 7.30 will do another 8km tomorrow WHEN I know I have back up drivers to come rescue me IF I NEED a pit stop!!! I will walk from my place out to RACE TRACK(horse and CAR are both close together) as the ENDURO 12 hour race is on and my friends are heading out that way so I might as well walk that way!! NICCCCCCCEEEEE OR I may just walk along lakefront from my place I can do 5km from my place too the TAUPO TROUT on Tongariro street BY THE MAORI CARVING entrance way which looks over lake! and then that only leaves 3km along lakefront YAY!
Next week I will attempt 2 x 8km walks tues/thurs then 10km sat or sun that should be interesting!!
Am taking down christmas tree today WITH THE MANY DECORATIONS am on 2nd load washing sheets towels 2 loads and 1 load of clothes! (bugger I found another load though I only had 2 loads waaaaaaaaaaa (yay that means more ironing) I have been keeping up with my washing and ironing as family I work for come back today SO I WILL be full on into it from Monday and hate having jobs sitting at home waiting when I have worked a full day. (at least I wont have to do the watering!!!), also will have to be on the ball with my walking this is where it gets hard I work during the holidays an 8 hr day managing their household kids meals etc for their family I then have to turn around and DO IT ALL again before and after when I get home HAVE TO BE ORGANISED and on to it LUCKY I AM ALL THOSE THINGS!!! (thats why I do washing at night so I am not held up int he mornings when working), thats why I thrash my crockpot SO I KNOW I have fairly decent meals waiting instead of rustling up RUBBISH meals! thats why I do a little housework each morning so at the end of a week I only have to blitz one day and its mostly vaccuuming and wiping!thats why I keep on top of my washing and ironing! WHAT A SAD LIFE I LEAD!!! thats why I take meat out the night before and plan my meals where applicable a day ahead!!! GOD I DID turn into my MOTHER!!!!! (ugh)
Hoping the sun will come out so I can sunbathe again and probably sleep as well in the sun, not as tired as yesterday though! And I know when I am tried YOU CRAVE food ANY FOOD stoggy food comfort food, but I had poached egg on toast and special K for brekkie then nectarine peach for morning tea then rice crackers with hummus cottage cheese tuna lettuce red onion and tomatoe and PEPPER for lunch (black ground MY ALL TIME FAVOURITE!!!) I love pepper I cant get enough of it I LITERALLY SMOTHER my food with it how strange is that I dont do SALT I don't even salt my veges never have, then I had yoghurt for afternoon tea then for dinner we had rosemary chicken roasted with agria potatoes and broc and cauli with lite cheese sauce! and gravy yummmm
Tonight we are having Roast lamb DOOR STOP sammies with relish and carmelised onion and SALAD cant wait!!!!
What ever is on the agenda have a great day.

Shattered......
Have woken today with the go slows!!!! alarm off at 6am and I lay there struggling to get up went to bed earlier too, finally get up and am procrastinating DO I WALK..... Of course i will but I am just waiting!!!! And in the time of waiting I could have finished a quick 5km DAM IT!!!
AM heading off to work for an hour or two later on this morning just freshen up place before people come home. Do a little watering and GET their veges and fruit, so they dont come home to nothing!!!
Sunbathed yesterday just for 20 mins a side AND will sunbathe today and SLEEP quite tired not sure why, oh well I will make the most of my last few days before work starts full on from Monday then I will have to be on the ball and get my sorry fat Arse out early!!!!!
UPDATED Walk done yay glad I went only did 3km as calf twinged and cramping nothing major just walked it out and didn't want to go any further I figure 3km better than nothing. I think I know why I was so DAM TIRED this morning, as you know I dont sleep well, AND it is overcast and cool and RAIN is coming HOW DO I KNOW THIS my sinus is clear and BEING ABLE TO BREATHE properly AFFORDS me a DECENT NIGHT SLEEP and the body goes into shutdown mode and tries to play catch up from many nights disturbed restless shit sleep I know this because I have had decades of fucked sleep because of sinus problems!!! BRING ON THE RAIN I say! Obviously I sleep way better in the winter months.
I must say I feel much better for being in the fresh air though.

Overcast perfect....
Didnt walk yesterday morning BUT squeezed in quick 3km and thats it oh went into town HOLY the traffic and people not cutey cutey!!!!
The dinner I made was beautiful meatballs and spaghetti, tonight we are having a BBQ steak and salad and new potatoes yum!
I am off out the door for a 8km walk so that should be nice my alarm went off at 6am I went back to sleep IT IS after all the holidays!!! and I havent really had any lie ins BECAUSE of A: walking B: watering C: travelling around!
I got all my washing dry folded and ironed yesterday so TODAY have NOTHING to do no housework no watering, YAY.........
Got the most delicious white flesh nectarines peaches and some plums yesterday AND BUTTER BEANS which I havent seen for years AND I LOVED those as a child.

UPDATE walked 8.6km in 1hr 21mins so all good AND that included a TOILET stop at the 6km MARK TODAY I WALKED with my larger kathmandu bumbag which had spare pants, knickers, plastic bag flannel and soap!!!! which sits comfortably in the small of your back OR HIP SHELF!!! and a smaller drink bag hangs around me front A polar fleece tied around hips and middle and a HAT AND it was overcast all the way PERFECT. (will take a photo maybe of all the paraphenalia).
GOT home breakfast at 9.30am showered moisturized (I am using heel balm gold at the moment GREAT STUFF) and relaxing, going to have rice cakes and salad hummus cottage cheese tomatoe red onion and lettuce at 1pm for lunch and some fruit SO yeah VERY GOOD DAY!!!

NO WALK YET too hot....
I forgot to say I got SUNBURNT whilst away MY RUDDY HEAD of all things!!!!
I got up early to WATER at employers house they are home this SATURDAY!! yay and boo all at the same time!
I then did some things in town THEN I chatted to another blogger on the phone !!! AND I MUST say Chris you don't sound like what I imagined!! lol (in a good way mind). (I dont know what I was imagining though!! haha)
THEN I CAME HOME and made a shopping list for GROCERIES WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I didnt shop before I went and should have CAUSE I NEEDED HEAPS!!!!! so at least thats done ...
I HAVE meatballs in crockpot and I HAVENT BEEN WALKING will have to go tonight NOW POOPY!!!
I aren't sunbathing for at least 2 more days AS I GOT LOADS of sun whilst away!!!

Sun Surf Sand booooooooootiful
What a lovely 3 days and 2 nights we had, hung out washing HIT the road, 7.15am had MD for brekkie at Rotorua, got to Whakatane QUICK SUPERMARKET shop, then Ohope here we come!!!
KIDS ECSTATIC to see us, arrived 10.15am spetn 3 hours in the SURF!!!!!HAD 3 SWIMS yes 3 SWIMS most unusual for me made sandcastles PLAYED beach cricket, frisbees and cosmic catch. HAD LUNCH then went to the swimming pool AS SHARKS in the water and went hydrosliding UP and DOWN 30 stairs 30 TIMES!!!!!! WAS KNACKERED but good fun!!!!
STAYED for dinner wasn't going to BUT KIDS insisted ( and I cant resist puppy eyes).....
Arrived Te Puke 8.45pm had supper and played CARDS 4 hand CRIB and loads of fun. BED LATE but up EARLY a 5km walk (yay me) and off to BAYFAIR.
You will be proud of me Chris H I SHOPPED !!!! got xmas decorations, a nice top and 2 pairs pants which had to be altered in the back to be made smaller) (and some tops I took up to be made smaller too!!!) my sister in law isnt flash at sewing BUT IT SURE HELPED!!! and some xmas lights for a friend for her birthday, Had early lunch BUNS nothing FLASH BECAUSE we went to Kwang Chow smorgasboard in Mt Maunganui LOVELY!!! ate a resonable amount but had tummy ache and felt ill through dinner 6 trips to the ruddy toilet!!!! WTF felt faint sweaty hot blurk!!!!!
Went to Monster cars afterwards and that was mediocre! Stayed with my friend on Oceanbeachview Rd played more cards went to bed at 11pm.
Got up this morning WALKED 8km ( and no toilet dramas from last night BODY obviously empty!!!!) from 6.45am until 8.10am so GOOD TIME was a good walk in the shade then by 8.10am sun coming around and getting too hot SO PLEASED with myself, WENT TO MOVIES in Te Puke 10am "Avatar" at the Bays only 3D DIGITAL cinema FANBLARDYTASTIC!!!!! (expensive but fantastic) had lunch ham salad buns, SAW friends whilst sitting in shade of carpark eating had lunch with them headed off to Rotorua got there at 3pm went to Warehouse bought WATER !!!!
PICKED up a Breville Juicer I won off trade me FANTASTIC trade really pleased with myself! saw my 4 god daughters and their parents stayed for a couple of hours, they had the most gorgeous PUPPY a Shiastu(sp) miniature bloody cute as no bigger than a shoe!!!
Called in to see JAxx and David and kids didnt leave until after 8pm GOT BK for dinner and got home at 10PM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT A ROAD TRIP!!!!! in 60 mins we unpacked car and PUT everything away THANK GOD we tidied house and cleaned before we left!!!!! put on 1 of 2 loads of washing!!!!(oh joy more ironing!!!) I folded and put away washing from before we went! I IRONED what was in that washing pile Samuel put away gear and dishes that we had done before we left! and THATS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Watering done BUT NO WALK!!!
I got up at 6.15am got out the door by 6.45am and watering started 7am MADE the mistake of watching SKY 2 good programmes came on "The Perfect Day (the wedding)" and then "The Perfect Day (the funeral)", a really good watch couple get married WELL NOT MARRIED best man bride MESSY, lives entertwined etc group friends A BIG MESS!!!, then one year on a reunion of sorts at the funeral of the best man PARENTS house friends DISASTER MESSY A GOOD watch watering longer this morning 4 hours so that gardens and lawns get decent soaking!!!!
I am hot bothered and tired!!!! Funny that!
I didn't go walking and NOW WISH I HAD as it is HEATING UP AND VERY HOT!!!!! in fact I have a bit of a headache (am tired though) so tonight I will have to walk bugger it all!
Janene has text me twice once to say leaving Taihape and now to say she is in Turangi as I type and heading up THE TRAFFIC is not flash at all !!!!! TOWN DISGUSTING I was out the door at 6.45am and back through town at 12.30 noon and WHAT A MISH MOSH of cars!!!!!
Hope to a sunbathe when Janene goes WONT subject her too my TOGS!!! (lol) AND we are having a BBQ for dinner and then WALKING at ohhhhhhhhh 9pm probably once dinner well in truly settled! WILL aim for a 6km walk and get back in at 10pm might see how cool it gets!!!

UPDATE managed to get SUNBATHING in before Janene got here IT was by all accounts a long trip an sooooo lovely to meet others, Jorga and Samuel played LEGO together for nearly an hour !!!
HAD a lovely dinner and WENT walking at 9.15pm for a 6km walk got home 10.15pm, today I have changed sheets and done 3 loads washing after Janene left (didnt want to subject her to MRS Samisi washing everywhere!!! ugh!) to get hung out tomorrow before we head off, my friend will pick it in for me aiming to leave at 6.30am!!!! 6.45am at the latest!!! AM taking walking gear to get at least 1 walk in IF NOT 2 walks!!!! but just 5 km walks WILL start 8km walks next week to shake it up a bit!(NOIIIIIIIIIICCCCCCCCEEEEEEE).

STUNNING just STUNNING!!!
Welcome into the NEW YEAR.
We played cards all night 500, Ucher(sp), Canasta, Poker, Crib!!!! THEN at 11.30pm ventured into town to get chocolate icecream sundaes, and WATCH the fireworks home at 12.10am and I PUT my electric blanket on AS IT WAS freezing down here just 30 mins to take chill off AS I WAS FROZEN to the bone!

Slept until 6.15am alarm went off I got up and headed over to do the watering got there at 6.45am put first of sprinklers on and then hit the lakefront TAUPO LAKEFRONT 7am FREEZING but stunning alot of sleepy peoples, AND ALOT of people walking running with prams dogs others etc KINDA nice NOT ONE COP TO BE SEEN!!! Finished 5km by 7.48am SO very good! Then back to change next lot of sprinklers have been watching old re runs of Intrepid Journeys VERY COOL saw John Tamahere journey Thrus morn and Suzanne Paul journey this morning, BLINKIN funny as!
Home by 9.30am SUNBATHED 30 mins each side NOW IM onto just my lower legs only AS THEY SEEM to be the hardest area to BROWN UP if you know what I mean by that, THEY are just lighter than the rest and in some parts CAUSE I HAVE muscular fatty calves!!!! pale by comparison to my BROWN UPPER LEGS!!! crazy I know!
PLAYED CRIB, and 500 again and scrabble now boys have gone to Alvin and the Chipmunks 2 I HAVE HAD a MUCH needed shower TOTAL BODY LOOFAH and moisturise and FEEL FANTASTIC!!!!

We played cards all night 500, Ucher(sp), Canasta, Poker, Crib!!!! THEN at 11.30pm ventured into town to get chocolate icecream sundaes, and WATCH the fireworks home at 12.10am and I PUT my electric blanket on AS IT WAS freezing down here just 30 mins to take chill off AS I WAS FROZEN to the bone!

Slept until 6.15am alarm went off I got up and headed over to do the watering got there at 6.45am put first of sprinklers on and then hit the lakefront TAUPO LAKEFRONT 7am FREEZING but stunning alot of sleepy peoples, AND ALOT of people walking running with prams dogs others etc KINDA nice NOT ONE COP TO BE SEEN!!! Finished 5km by 7.48am SO very good! Then back to change next lot of sprinklers have been watching old re runs of Intrepid Journeys VERY COOL saw John Tamahere journey Thrus morn and Suzanne Paul journey this morning, BLINKIN funny as!
Home by 9.30am SUNBATHED 30 mins each side NOW IM onto just my lower legs only AS THEY SEEM to be the hardest area to BROWN UP if you know what I mean by that, THEY are just lighter than the rest and in some parts CAUSE I HAVE muscular fatty calves!!!! pale by comparison to my BROWN UPPER LEGS!!! crazy I know!
